View Full Version : ProMax experience, worth the price?

Asking if anyone has had experience buying a bundled Mac/FCP complete system from ProMax. Obviously, they are a little pricey, but for the support and instructional materials, is it worth it?

I haven't bought that specifically. I did buy my camera from them, which was fine. I also bought their Cobra Crane, which was an awesome purchase and was a lot cheaper and a lot better than other flimsier (?) cranes I had seen advertised. Anyway, I've had good luck in dealing with them, and I would order from them again.

i will recommend them only for the fact that they made the Pansonic vs Sony DVD and made it free.

I bought their tracking dolly. There was a glitch with the one I got and they were totally helpful and willing to exchange it until I was happy. I agree their turnkey systems are pricey but my experience is they are good to deal with. 8)

They are a great company. For what you buy if they are a little more money the service is well worth it.
