Rates

I'm having difficulty coming up with ways to charge people. I'm hoping that someone could post a link to some pricing guides that could be useful as a guide. I'm looking for rates that encompass the widest scope of possibilities. I mean something that lists the rates, cost of this or that, reschedule fee, and any other contigencies that could (and have in your experiene) come up? I know that would help me on these contracts, I think others may benefit as well.

O wow a reschedule fee would be nice to see, I definitely need to add that to all future projects!

I sell my time. That said, I do not have different prices for different tasks. I'm simply 100 an hour. This is one heckuva cheap rate for top notch post production and quite the gouge for travelling. I keep it this way so it limits travel for me.
