Any suggestions on a digital camera that can go underwater (maybe 20 feet max) and shoots decent footage? This is not for commercial purposes, but just for fun although i want something of relatively solid quality.

I would suggest checking out Epic Camera Housings (www.epiccam.com (http://www.epiccam.com)) They are lightweight easy to use housings typically used for Action Sports. Not really for Scuba but you can take them down at least 40-60 feet.
