Did anyone else watch this show that was based off the fantasy "Sword of Truth" series?
MTV style casting and camerawork punted my hopes and dreams for what this series could've and should've been... Pure awesome-ness and at the very worst it would be a low budget Lord of the Rings style rip-off in TV form. Raimi was behind it and stylistically he's very similar to Jackson, so I'm very curious how the premiere episode just didn't work on any level.
Even Uwe Boll managed to rip off enough Peter Jackson style to make "In The Name of the King" kinda work.
I'm a very sad panda.
