Thrilled to announce our final addition the Cast:
DJ HAZARD.
He was cast some weeks ago, but no time to do thread stuff - all pre-pro all the time. And thanks to Mark Harris for arranging our initial meeting
See a bit of his stand up :Drogar-Mark-07(DBG)

DJ will be playing the role of Detective Burton. Some of you may remember Detective Burton from Scriptfest. Screenwriter John Whalen and I have been hard at work on the script and this scene has recieved lots of John's TLC since scriptfest. I think it will be a good one. DJ is a very talented guy, and the "tough cop" role I've cast him in will hardly hint at his colorful repertoire, though I'm sure all of his diverse experience will come into play at some level.
To scrape the surface - DJ is one of the original Boston Comics where he was a founding member of the infamous Ding Ho Club (whose members include Steven Wright, Bobcat Goldthwait, Paula Poundstone, Jimmy Tingle, Denis Leary, Lenny Clarke, Brian Kiley and Barry Crimmins)
He's also somehow involved with this very interesting musical group.

I think as a frequent guest performer. Although I've only been exposed to this band through their myspace page, my wheels are already turning, thinking of things I could pitch them to collaborate on.

No way. Thank you for sharing a bit of info on the process. If you could pick one of the frames and give a breakdown on how you lit it I know I would REALLY appreciate that. I'm sure others would as well.

this was one softbox to the left, with 2 flags making "barndoors" for the top and bottom of the softbox, with duvatine covering the sides. this makes a shaft of soft light, and there is a huge mirror ot the right of the tub, making the reflected bounce act as a fill. This way its bright, but looks "dark". it looks like jack added a vingette and colored it blue in the grade.
Wow hard to believe that's just one light. The shadows and the dark feeling are amazing. I'm seeing the art direction now though. I think thats where alot of my work lacks. Very nice work. Your explanation is very much appreciated!
Here's the BTS shots and before and after for this one.

Hey thanks for well wishes and welcomes everyone
I can only say that I'm really excited to be on the playing field again and couldn't be more psyched than to about bringing John / Xrayspecs' funny off beat script to life.
And of course I'm really looking foreward to working with such established and talented actors as Blanchard and Ben.
Sooo busy just had to throw up a quick and dirty thread, will spruce up later, but wanna check out the other project threads first:thumbup:

Format is a good question. Probably HVX, has not been decided yet though.
Yeah Super Troopers rocks, Open Water was an inspiration for me though as a digital filmmaker and micro budget filmmaker, but more on that later - planning to do a write up on the actors and why I think they'll be great in these roles / their bodies of work.
glad to see it worked out with the cast. really looking forward to seeing it.

I'll give you a treatment.
Larry Rutledge
09-24-2008, 11:22 AM
Treatment was my entry ... perhaps the yellow in the name is confusing :)
Since it came up, I am not entering Treatment in this fest as originally planned ... for a number of reasons, some personal, some financial, some timing. BUT ... I AM making Treatment, it will just be a little later, most likely around the first of the year. And there are some interesting developments related to that project that I will announce later in a User Film thread when they are more solidified.
Seeing this announcement I'm sorry I had to pull out ... would love a chance at a rematch against JDS (not that I'd be victorious, but I'd give it a strong go :) ).
Loved this script ... definitely looking forward to seeing what JDS & Crew's mad skilz can do with such a fun project.
Mike Manning
09-24-2008, 11:26 AM
Hahaha... see what the stress of making a film does to your brain??
Forgive me Larry, I think you're right.... the Yellow name through me off...
Sorry to hear about that though, I was looking forward to it. Did you ever finish the script? I'd love to read it!
Larry Rutledge
09-24-2008, 11:34 AM
No worries, I do know the stress of production :)
We are re-working the script ... since we've pushed it out as a standalone product, we are making it a longer piece (15 - 20 minutes) and will try to use it to raise funding to shoot the feature version at a later date. We have a connection for a couple name actors so if we can get them interested that will be a huge benefit to this plan :) I'll still pass it on your way once we get to that stage.
BTW - the poster image you sent me, is that the res you created it at? Or did you make it larger and size down to post? If larger, any chance you can send that as I'd love to have it printed.
Mike Manning

Kyle, really? I had it that way initially but didn't thing the blue popped enough / didn't provide a nice contrasting color to take into the rest of the design / wasn't as creepy. Thanks for the feedback, if you would though, what do you think in an actual comparison?

I think I would like that better than the full colored version, but I would have to see it to compare to the all blue one. I guess the problem for me is the transition between the mouth and the phone. It looks too stuck on there and I think your proposed edit would change that.
Kyle is definitely a pro, I just thought I would toss in my two cents.

Hey Jack,
The subtleties of great design are always a matter of opinion. In MY opinion, I think you really hit it on the nose with your latest poster. When the lips were of the skin-tone it felt like you had slapped it on the phone in a hurried MS Paint job. Now that you've given it another dimension with the tongue and teeth remaining their normal hues, I think you've got a winner on your hands.
Now, I also think the entirely blue phone has it's place. Why draw so much attention to the mouth? I think it's a nice surprise we could stumble upon. Maybe it should even be on the bottom of the phone?
If you really want me to critique the poster as a whole, I'd be happy to, but sometimes I feel like I get too concerned with it and forget that we're in a filmmaking community here...
Mike is a total pro as well. I'm interested to see/hear his take.
Either way, I can't get "Urinal Cakes" out of my head.

Hey thanks, Dustin, everyone.
Thanks for the feedback Kyle. I might agree with you on straight blue for purely aesthetic reasons, like if it was just art - but for it to function as I want it to, i.e. to grab your attention, I want to, well, grab your attention. So that's why I'd call attention to the weird freaky part of the poster. As for ear vs. mouthpiece, the film is about a guy that says wackturtle shi* to someone on the phone, so the mouth needs to come out of the ear. (Dunno if you remember but there was a Freddy Kruger movie where it comes out of the mouthpiece and tries to make out with the chick on the other end?) Also would want it up on the ear to, again, grab attention. I want you to glance at it and go "whoa wtf is that?", not appreciate it and discover the ear in the process of appretiation. I think your sugestion about an all blue or calling less attention to the mouth is aesthetically sophisticated, but not as effective of an attention getter.
Anyway, thanks for your critique, obviously you've helped me make it better with your input. I've become increasingly impressed with your design work.

Thanks, Jack. It's funny how designers and artists come into their own. During our last creative class we were to bring in 5 samples of good food packaging from 5 different categories. ALL of mine possessed clean, elegant patterns and simple, almost luxurious color tones. Certainly nothing like the Dead Week poster or like yours (though you've come much closer now that you've switched from the bright orange to the darker red). - Anyway, other people in the class brought packages with loud, vibrant color schemes claiming that it helped sell them with the "WHOA!" factor -- that it "stood off the shelf" -- you know.... like you said... "what the &^% is that?! a tongue coming out of a phone!??!"
-- and while I think sophistication is a sign of clever design, others may disagree.
Truthfully, a GOOD design is one that executes it's original idea the best that it can. That being said, I still think posters need a certain amount of polish... the likes of which aren't all too common around here (though I'm slowly being convinced otherwise with the advent of this festival).
Anyway, I appreciate your change of color in the poster and will only say more if you ask. Let's hear an update on the filmmaking, brotha!
P.S. I chose the HyVee brand of Crispix called "Crispy Hexagons (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZcIQR-7gbk)" as my choice for BAD package design.
I have to redesign the box by monday. (No, this is not me in the video)

Nice looking poster - it reminds me of the design from the italian "Memphis-Design-Group" (Ettore Sottsass, Michele de Lucchi, Matteo Thun,......) from the 80's. Who did the design of your poster?
BTW - Best wishes! :D

The colours yes, but it's more a question of the language of the form - Memphis proposed the opposite of the pure functionalism of the design-object, creating it with fantasy for fun and enjoyment as well as functionality. This "Anti-Design" was a radical break and caused a scandal. I see something of the same thing in your telephone receiver with its mouth.

Well Naked Lunch and Videodrome are both Cronenberg films of course. So maybe that makes sense.
The poster has a life of its own, lol. It may not be preparing the viewer all that well for the actual film though - just had to get something up. Will rethink it when I can catch my breath. :Drogar-Dum(DBG):

The thing is it's kind of a light yet surreal spoof ... i.e., comedy. So that's probably a good thing.
I mentioned somewhere, buried in the thread, that I'm not so sure the poster is really preparing the audience for the film but just needed to get something up
Planning on having real production photos this time for the first time, so maybe after we shoot
(10/13-10/15) I can incorporate images from the shoot into a wholly new poster, which would be more appropriate for what the film Cold Calls is actually spoofing. This one is like the teaser poster.

Thanks guys. Been so busy with administrative type filmmaker stuff - synopsis, bios, all that for some upcoming deadlines - haven't spent as much time as I'd like to with Cold Calls. Got all that stuff out of the way, now I can really dig into this project. Good thing as we shoot in 13 days
Found some cool storyborad templats online, it's a photoshop template so you can toggle layers off and on to create different aspect ratios. I'll be using this for Cold Calls most likely.

yeah they're cool cuz you can carry them in your back pocket while you are obsessing over your movie and draw ideas as they come to you.
Then make copies for people you're working with and a back up copy (since things can fall out of your back pocket).
But still carry the original in your back pocket for easy access on set.

I love Mike's version of the poster. However the new text does give it a 1970's Marvel comic feel. The original with the flesh tone mouth was the scariest for me.
I'm always looking for story board templates so thanks for putting that one up there. Of course, I rarely wind up having the time to do a full storyboard because I get caught up with building sets, finding gear, etc...

I agree about the title font on the new poster. Something is off for me. I think the warp is off to an extent and the two lines don't maintain a unanimous composure. But maybe that's just me. Great work overall. I wish I lived closer because I would totally be there for the shoot (whether I was welcome or not ) Best of luck, guys!
Jack Daniel Stanley
09-30-2008, 05:54 PM
thanks for the comments, yeah the warp on the billing block is still not right
You guys know it is a comedy ... right?
As the poster is often the first interaction with your audience, leading the audience to think it was a horror film before they see it would be a big mistake. So scarier is not the preference. Yeah we're getting away from the videodrome / naked lunch feel, which while very cool, are not close to this movie in tone content or feel.

Perhaps I should provide a little explanation for the choices I made with the design..
Telemarketing is today's version of door-to-door salesman. Digital technology and computer databases have replaced the need for someone to physically knock on your door and try to sell you some worthless item, but technically, it's still the same practice that existed back in the 50's and 60's. This of course, was part of the rise of consumerism and suburban living - which was heavily mocked and satirized by two of my favorite artists, Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. My Cold Calls design is heavily influenced by Roy Lichtenstein, given the polka dots and bright colors. I find them to be a perfect accent to the goofiness of the old-fashioned touch-tone phone and the gross mouth on the ear piece.
I hope that helps shine some light on the image... Sorry Jack.. didn't mean to hijack your thread! Haha!
Jack Daniel Stanley
09-30-2008, 06:23 PM
Goofiness is good.
I may try to photoshop a telemarketer's headset on the top of the phone receiver - the "head" I think that would get closer to the tone of the picture.

Since we're homeless this time around, we are prone to hijacking our friends' threads. Thus, forgive the intrusion.
Last Thursday we shot an interrogation scene with Dan Roebuck (http://www.danielroebuck.com/) and Tim Abell for our war pic. Working with these two guys the other night may very well be the best time we've had all year.
Dan may also be the funniest actor we've had on set too. The shoot went until near dawn but he kept everybody motivated and in stitches. What a pleasure he is to work with.
We had to add Dan at the last minute to replace an actor and Tim Abell made a few calls on our behalf. We're not sure what sort of telephone tag went down, but Dan told us that he received a call from a pretty prominent writer who told him about the project and said, "I saw some stuff this small indie group called Fat Monster shot that was really good. I think it would be worth doing a favor for them." The truth is that most of our "buzz" has come from people like Tim Abell, who has gone out of his way to show our reel and talk us up. It really illustrates the importance of treating people well and making sure that whatever you show people is truly your best work. After the shoot finished Dan hung around to talk with us. He said he really enjoyed how we worked and how we ran the set to the point that he was interested in helping us put a future project together with some of the people who owe him favors. Needless to say, we are pumped.

Parasitic thread hijack alert: More Fat Monster news:
Fat Monster is producing a music video for actor/musician Scott Getlin that has the potential of going viral this election cycle. It's a very slick song titled "They're All F*cking Liars" We shot the piece at a small Hollywood restaurant called "La Cache" and had a blast. Via cheesy FX, we faked appearances by Obama, McCain, Cheney and Hillary. The 3-minute clip is truly twisted and ridiculously funny. Once the quick edit is finished this week it will be appearing on multiple sites and media outlets. Hopefully it will catch on and you'll find yourselves with the chorus stuck in your heads. We were blessed to have lovely reality TV star and model TIAN KITCHEN in the cast and I snagged an iPhone pic with her:
http://www.archivisuals.com/MarkAndTian.jpg
This weekend Luis and Tim put in 10 hours and 16 hours respectively for two days of shooting with Matty G. on a commercial piece for United Talent Agency (UTA). Here's an iPhone pic of the boyz at the plush offices of UTA in Beverly Hills (note Tim's fetching hairstyle is achieving substantial length. With the economic crisis looming, Tim did research and found that primo prices are paid for asian hair to be used in toupees for wealthy balding men):

Thrilled to announce our final addition the Cast:

WOVEN HAND BEAT CIRCUS

I think as a frequent guest performer. Although I've only been exposed to this band through their myspace page, my wheels are already turning, thinking of things I could pitch them to collaborate on.

Speaking of hair. As some of you know, mine was pretty long for a while (not unlike that old picture of you Kyle) but finally last week I got tired of dealing with it (my hair does not lay flat on its own, you know) and I had it cut on Friday. Unfortunately it was cut MUCH too short for me to be happy (not as short as yours is in the other picture, Kyle) and I think I am going to wear a beanie tomorrow. I don't know, it will get longer in a couple of weeks but I have a shindig to go to next Friday so I am trying to decide what to do about that.

No bald Penguin. Today is was beanie Penguin, which worked because of the cold morning weather but became suspicious later on - I think that's where the Conspiracy comes in. I am hoping I will be able to pull off hats until it grows out a little but I don't know about the party.

While Jack is mired with his footage, allow me to threadjack this place briefly. ...
God, sometimes living in L.A. is just priceless. Last night Fat Monster was invited as special guests of Nebojsa Stojonavich and Ana Alexander to attend their screening of Ana's new action movie pitch "Porcelain." Many of you will recall that Ana first acted for us in "Where the Heart Lies" and later was the female lead in "O2." She told us back then that she was "stunned" with what we were able to do with a small dedicated crew on a tiny budget. She was also particularly taken by Tim's editing chops and, thus, she and Nebojsa brought "Porcelain" to us to finish (they were very unhappy with the work done by both their production crew and their editors).
So, we ended up in Bel Aire above Beverly Hills for the screening which took place at the mansion of Mohamed Hadid. Coincidentally, our good friend Zak Forsman of SABI was screening "White Knuckles" in Hollywood at the same time. We dispatched Luis to Zak's premiere while Tim and I drove the battered Prius up into the Hollywood Hills.
I am not going to be able to do justice to the experience. Our host was Mohamed Hadid, a mega-developer who I noted has producing credit on "The Dead Girl." To give you a little flavor of the man, here's an opening blurb I found about him in an article online:
THE FIRST TIME Mohamed Anwar Hadid set foot in Aspen, he felt almost weightless. He stepped out of a Citation jet, took a deep breath of the crisp mountain air, and marveled at the wonders that surrounded him: the big sky, the jagged peaks, the emerald grass. A Palestinian who'd been exiled from his homeland at birth, he was a Washington developer on the rise. Now he was in America's most posh mountain playground, and he liked what he saw.
"I was intoxicated," he recalls.
Soon he would become infatuated -- infatuated with two pieces of land, one of which sat at the base of Aspen's main ski slope. Both were in foreclosure. Two hours after he touched down that day in May 1987, Hadid was scheming to buy his piece of the Rockies.
A week or so later, in Trump Tower, Donald Trump met with his lawyers from Aspen and New York to discuss the design of a hotel that Trump planned to build at the base of Aspen's main ski slope. Trump had put down $ 17.5 million to buy the six-acre property out of a pending foreclosure, and in a few days, when a waiting period expired, the land would be his. He'd heard that someone else was trying to acquire the property, but he didn't believe that anyone would challenge him. "We'll name the hotel Trump Palace," he said. On June 26 Hadid was back in Aspen. He'd discovered that there was a priority debt on the hotel site that Trump coveted. By paying the loan he could preempt Trump's contract. At 2:10 P.M. that day a London bank wired $ 42.9 million to Hadid's account in Aspen. Hadid presented the money to the public trustee and became the owner of Trump's hotel property, along with 66 acres of meadow across town.
Bye-bye, Trump Palace.
"Trump still claims that no one has ever beat him in a deal, but that's not true anymore," says Hadid. "I beat Trump."
The deal was vintage Hadid. It was quick, it required a lot of money in a short time, it was bold, it was risky. It was the kind of deal that has cloaked Hadid in mystery. WHO IS MOHAMED HADID? asked a headline in an Aspen newspaper.
Let's just say that Mr. Hadid's digs are a bit more upscale than the Monster Shack. The joint is 45,000 Square Feet. No joke. Here's a sampling of photos (some from my iPhone and some culled from on-line):
http://www.archivisuals.com/HadidMansion01.jpg
And here's one of my favorites:
http://www.archivisuals.com/HadidAndTheDude.jpg
That's me with the illustrious Mr. Hadid. Looks like we're old friends, eh? Well, Tim snapped this in the kitchen just as the billionaire came up and mistook me for one of the serving staff! He is earnestly saying, "That young woman by the alcove requires a Chardonnay." Naturally, I summoned up my courage realizing this was an opportunity not to be missed and so I said, "Right away Mr. Hadid."
Interestingly, after I retrieved a Chardonnay for the attractive blonde she had disappeared. Tim advised after 5 minutes that the statute of limitations on my stint as serving butler had expired so I chugged the chick's glass and went to get more of the wine for myself.
The evening was spectacular in the end. Ana, as per usual, was the hottest chick in the house and she lavished attention on us throughout the evening. There were a number of notable producers, directors, composers and what-have-you in attendance. The screening was well received and Tim's edit looked fabulous on the big screen:
http://www.archivisuals.com/Edit.jpg
Shortly thereafter we were joined by Luis and we all went up to hit the food (much of which I could not identify) and Mr. Hadid's wine and liquor collection. Here's Tim with Ana after having a few:
http://www.archivisuals.com/TimAna.jpg
Eventually we tracked down the mysterious Mr. Hadid and I got a group pic with him:
http://www.archivisuals.com/LuisHadidAnaTim.jpg
Finally, here's a shot of moi with Hadid and Tim:
http://www.archivisuals.com/MarkTimHadid.jpg
By the end of the evening we had a pocketful of cards and phone numbers and a hell of a lot of fine memories.

OK ok ok ... So I know this has been the "poster thread" but here's a final return to that arena preceding grabs.

Nice job! She even looks a little like Sharon Stone (way back when).
I also prefer A to B, however, it looks like her pinky has been amputated!
The tag line, "He knows when you're kinda busy." looks awkward somehow. I'm not sure if it's the font, the spacing or ... something.
Also the tag line at the bottom of the poster "This fall 2008... " needs more breathing room. It looks like it was squeezed in as an afterthought. Also that font... I guess I don't like italics!
My 2 cents.

Thanks guys.
Haha, Maximus, you are right. Accidentally amputated her pinky as a last minute edit. Decided I liked the way "B" faded out better under the shirt, cut and pasted that verssion onto "A", and didn't realized I erased her pinky, lol.
Will fix after I get back from dinner with Mark Harrison.
And regarding the Stone / Blanchard resemblence. Yes. There's a scene where Blanchard is in the tub in Cold Calls and we were going to do a gag with a green facial mask, but she just looked so much like Stone / so pretty with the all white bathroom (in a BUBBLE BATH - don't get to excited guys) that I just couldn't do it to her. Especially since we're going for an eighties thriller thing and she looked alot like Stone in that scene.
Our make up artist Elizabeth has pics of us shooting that scene. Big giant crane over a giant tub with Blanchard and candles, etc. But I can't get her to email me the pics :crybaby:

EDIT: Oh. Cuckoo's Nest, lol.

Yeah we shot last Monday Tuesday Wednesday of last week. I got an email from Blanchard saying how much she enjoyed working with everyone.
She was great to work with and she's a really game actress. When the mic cable wen't out and placing a wireless transmitter was problematic as she was in a fitted business skirt/jacket in a wide angle shot that she entered with her back to the camera and then turned around (showing all sides in other words), she reached for the role of gaff and tape the transmitter to her inner thigh! But what can you expect from someone who would literally swim with hungry sharks to get a film made.

You can see it's a little shakey, probably her iris was wide open due to lack of light in the room. You'll notice the abundance of light coming from the closet and the practical side light but little or no front light - this is because this set up is intended to read as silhouette in camera.

Glass houses brotha. Glass houses :)

Shotguns are for outdoors mostly, Robbie.
Indoors you should be using a cardoid or hyper cardoid condenser mic.
Barry is using the Oktava (http://oktava.com/inc/sdetail/474) - the HMC-150 of cardoid / hyper cardoid condensers mics depending on which head you have on it. (I say HMC-150, because it's the best bang for the buck and comparable to much more expensive mics).
The ball on the end is called a ball gag.

Yeah I'll second Jack's advice - I'm still paying off mistakes I made 8 years ago when I was 18. I was stupid and thought credit cards were free money and I'd just pay it off later. Well now I'm paying it off. Yippeee! If you dont have money dont buy things. Bored cause you cant spend money? Work more :)

I'm good with my money, and I'm only using the credit card when I have the money in the bank (which I already do) and then I'll pay it off right away (Instead of doing the transaction at the end of month.)
I won't be in debt, don't worry. I need it for when I move to newport anyway.

Here's some new photos. Mostly people. A few more behind the scenes type ones to come like this old one:

But in the interim here's some who:

MESSINEO AND DEMO: So like, is dis where they're casting the Soprano's spinnoff?
(DVXuser/Location Manager Extraordinaire Chris Messineo and DVXuser/Set Crasher James Demo look on as a Ben Bailey is lit inside a cramped closet.)
It was great to have Jim drop by. Of course we put him to work :)

CHRIS: No Ben. Frankenstein walk like this. Grrrrr.
(Lead Ben Bailey and Chris discuss comedy and filmmaking.)
http://frenchquarterfeatures.com/cc/shootforweb/lalo&blanchard.jpg
Lovely leading lady Blanchard Ryan is pawed by her co-star. Wait. Wrong photo. That caption actually goes with a picture of Blanchard and co-star Ben.
In this photo, location family dog, Lalo vies for Blanchard's attention. We wound up casting the little guy.

IN TIMUR's HEAD: If I put this on my refrigerator would people think we dated?
IN BLANCHARD's HEAD: It's great they're making crew opportunitues for "special" people these days.
(DP/DVXuser MOD Timur Civan poses for posterity with his leading lady)

(Sam the Eagle - You'll need to know who he is for future reference.)

BEN BAILEY does his SAM THE EAGLE impersonation while I suddenly become INCREDIBLY GAY.

Yeah, I am working hard on a diet coke and a prezel in that photo. I then moved on to working hard on a few slices of pizza later. Glad to lend a small hand. What a cool group of people to make a film with. Branchard was a real gamer too. It really was quite the chill set and I am sorry I couldn't spend more time there. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Great photos (my Frankenstein impression would be better if I didn't have Wolfman arms).
Here are a few photos I took with my iPhone:

Barry and Phil doing their magic with the mic and Blanchard looking beautiful.

Hey Chris I forget. Why were they dangling a lav from the ceiling here again?
I think because their was no room for them to boom from inside the closet and if they stood in the hall they would cast a shadow on her? Is that right?
Chris Messineo

"Is that right?"
If it's not, it sure sounds plausible. :)

Love it.
I was wondering where the haters were. We talk about the poster for three weeks then I finally get around to adding BTS photos and the thread gets voted from 5 stars down to 3. So I took it the the rest of the way down to 1 star. Wish there was a way to disable that rating thing for fests and I wish I knew who it is that, like regular clockwork, goes around down voting all of the popular threads every fest since SciFest.

This movie is going to suck....
got any frame grabs?
gonna have to check the code on getting rid of star rankings... always hated them for fests anyways... personal opinion though :)
Later,

Haha.
I was talking to Mark Harris the other day saying my DVXfest stock must be down since no one has pooped on my thread rating yet.
I can give anyone else a 1 that wants it (as Fat Monster Requested in Time Fest, though I hadn't figured out how to do it then), but I think it flushes all your thread subscriptions the way I did it, so anyone that was getting updates wouldn't get them again until they post in your thread again.

Taking advantage of our new embed feature here...
DP/MOD Timur tried to catch Barry Green doing something funny our out of stately character on "tape" but just missed it. Looks like Barry says "smokin'" or "It's Logan" or something at the top. Any guesses as to what he's talking about?
(out of focus because Timur was pretending not to film)
