View Full Version : How to ensure the latest firmware when purchasing?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a way for me to make sure that I'm getting the latest firmware when purchasing a new EX1? It would sure be nice to not have to put it in a box and send it off for a month to a service center right after I get it :)

I heard the EX3 offers the needed support since the first release.
If it supports their PHU-60K portable capture drive, it will work with the KxS.

PMW-EX1/1 (slash 1) will have the latest firmware & software updates. I believe some PMW-EX1 (with no slash) that were shipped in September should have the upgrades as well.
Bobbigboote, we've only had PMW-EX1/1 since the end of september. We currently have both the PMW-EX1/1 and EX3's in stock and **we've extended our specials ** a bit longer due to popular demand.
