Try Bullet Digital (http://bulletdigital.com/) or ZTV (http://www.ztvbroadcast.com/). Since the rates aren'ts going to be cheap for 3 months straight, maybe you can find one used for $2-300? I know B and H has a decent JVC for around $450USD, but the cheapest I've seen that monitor up here is $699CDN.
