Zacuto is coming out with a D90 shoulder mount kit complete with Matte Box, Follow Focus, external power. Everything you need.

I can imagine it'll cost the price of the D90 though, if not more.

How is that wrong? Lots of people are doing close to that with their HV20s and HV30s.

Seems to me that they're (Zacuto) just anticipating future photo/video cams. You know there's a lot more to come, so why not be prepared and already have the rigs ready...

It'd have to be a pretty bad-a$$, 2010, 3K RAW or whatever video DSLR to build a mansion like that around it...

I'd personally enjoy being able to buy a wee shoulder/chest to camera nubby thing for stealthy stabilization... for 30 bucks or so...

Knock something up from stuff in your shed.:)..or your box of old 35mm adapter bits...saying that, increasing the mass of the camera kit does do wonders stopping those jerky jello inducing movements...$6k tho????
