SD card issue Class 4 Sandisk

So I have a large shoot this weekend. I purchased 8 Panasonic 16gig Class6 cards and for back up 12 16gig Sandisk class4 cards.


Well the panasonic cards work fine.

Everytime I try to move the Private folder off the Sandisk it ejects the card and has an error.

Very frustrated.... not sure if the class 4 has anything to do with it.

All cards formatted in camera.

it just ejects on all my computers..... ah no good.....

Would it hurt the camera to connect it and use the HMC as the USB drive..... just may be a reader not working with the card.

I tried my D90 same results card just ejects... tried two of the same kind class 4 and no luck yet.

The clips do play back in camera...
