The 150 does not feature frame rates for slo-mo, however it has been mentioned here that it is possible to tweak 50p or 50p clips in FCP such that they appear to be 24p or 25p clips and consequently run slower - kind of fake slo-mo.

Would somebody please be kind enough give a short description of the nessary workflow in FCP?

What happens if I put a 24p clip into a 25p timeline? Does it run 4% faster then? And does a 25p clip in a 24p timeline run 4% slower?

Is it possible to mix 24p and 25p clips, say, in a 25p timeline?

Thanks for your help. Pe.

Not sure you can put the 50p clip onto 24p or 25p timeline and get slowmo directly in FCP.
As far as I remember I used to open the clip in Cinema Tools first and reconform it to the new timeline (there's a conform feature somewhere in the menu) - then import the clip and put it in your sequence and you'll get perfect slowmo!

Will try that. Sounds good.

Thanks :-)
