hi all,

Which is the best way to handle the 720p 50/60p files in order to get the best smooth slowmo playback?

BTW, I'm using premiere pro cs3 (files converted to dvcpro hd).

I believe you just import the clip into your timeline then right click the clip and change the speed/duration to XX%. So a 50p in a 25p timeline would be 50% duration.

The best way is to reconform the 720p60 clips to playback on a 24p timeline. That way there is no reinterpreting, just frame by frame playback. Nt sure how CS3 does this but FCS uses Cinema Tools for this
