Red Devil Eyes in after effects

I tried to do a search but the tool didn't like the words red or eye so I am posting a new topic.

Can anyone kindly point me to a tutorial where I can learn to make a person's eyes red like the Devil's in after effects?

What I am going for is when my character pulls down his glasses he reveals red glowing eyes. Any ideas on how I can do this?
