How modify a 2D image in 3D (for perspective)

I want to grab a picture and modify it to give it perspective so that it looks like it is at an angle. I can't seem to find this option.

but I mean just in photoshop... just so that say I can grab a 2D sticker and make it look like it it is on a wall in a picture of that wall taken at an angle instead of head on
