mega problem with sdhc card

Ok so I just reformatted my sdhc card to ms-dos (fat) and now panasonic won't record anything onto the card... wtf?


edit: alright did a bit of researching and figured out my problem. If you reformat into something different than what the camera operates on then it won't be able to write to it. But in the record options there's format option where if you choose yes, it will reformat the card to be proper again. Horray.

Thomas, which format option did you choose, FAT 16 oder FAT 32?

FAT 32 is the correct one.

Good info y'all thanks. Any SDHC card information appreciated! I ordered two 16GB Panasonics with my cam, I'll let y'all know how they do.
