there is quite some dicussion about a possibility to the applicable frame rates of a HPX 170.
With the HMC being a comparable or derivative product, can its frame rates be hacked too?

I would like to see it with some adapter work as well... I'm also stoked about it shooting 720-60p so we can get some great slow-motion in post with little hassel.. and for me I'm looking at this as a 2nd camera to my HVX for interviews and such...

Im totally new to Panasonic but a long time video guy.

Will buying "The DVX Book" help me with the HMC150 or should I wait for "The HMC150 Book"?

Yeah, Im in a rush and need to set up some scene profiles for a shoot soon. Some proven settings, even for another similar camera would help.

I didn't see any threads with files or settings for the DVX. Maybe I should look more.

I do'nt think that'd be smart jeff cause the hmc is not the dvx although they are very similar
