How To Render Out A Ping Pong Effect

When playing a clip in AE, there is a function for playing it back and forth (known as a ping pong) Is there a way to render out this type of effect?

duplicate your clip
set the duplicate's speed to -100%
double the comp length
slide your reversed clip and snap the beginning to the end of the normal clip.

Never mind, I just figured it out. What I did was select the dupe clip layer and pressed Cntrl+Alt+R (on the PC) and it worked. For you Mac users, it's Command+Option+R
