HVX-200 Servo zoom malfunction

Before I send the camera to Panasonic I wanted to see if anyone had this problem with the HVX200. I flew to do a shoot back East and out of the blue the servo zoom automatically started to default back to wide. So when I zoom in to compose and release it promptly zooms slowly back to wide. I tried to switch to manual and back, turn unit on and off to no avail. Had anyone had this problem before? Any idea what's going on? I appreciate any feedback.

Yes there have been many many cameras that have this problem. It needs a few new flex cables. Sending it in for service is the only thing that can be done.
