Shaking the screen

Im working on a short and Im gonna be shooting and then be doing some editing on it, and theres a character that gets intense headaches and I thought I'd maybe make the screen shake? Id use expressions to move it And also track it aswell? This is the only way I can think of do it. Anyone have a way do this?
