OpenGL, should I activate it on render? AE

Hi, I don't know what that openGL does, I know it has to do with the graphic card or something. Should I activate it on renders? I have a nVidia 8800GT with a e8400 core duo processor.

Just try it if it improves performance use it ,if not just use the adaptive option.
