Let me get this straight...after you finish your project in FCP you export it using a self contained movie to After Effects...effect your project in After Effects...then export it back to FCP then export it to DVD Pro....Or can you just export the project from AE right into DVD Pro? I'm not doing anything in HD...Is this the right process??? Do you render in FCP before you export to DVD studio Pro??
Can anyone tell me how they do it if they have a different way.
thanks.
you can send it from ae but you won't have any audio....you just got to put your audio with your video in dvd pro.........just throw in fcp and send it to dvd pro

i think with AE cs3 you can export a mpeg2-DVD. Under output module, format select mpeg2-dvd. Looks like it will export a mpeg2 and a .wav file to import into DVD studio. Haven't actually used this yet but it looks like it will work.

You should be able to send a quicktime movie directly from AE to DVD Studio Pro.
Or you can send it to Compressor and get your your stuff fixed up in there. BUt yeah, you would need to include the audio in your AE project when exporting/saving it.
