Has anybody seen this yet?
http://chsvimg.nikon.com/products/imaging/lineup/d90/en/d-movie/
The new Nikon D90 has a D-Movie mode. It allows the camera to shoot 720p video to motion jpeg with full DOF control and film speed controls of the still camera. All this for a price less than most 35mm adapters.
I can't find much about the recording info, ie. Recording time, format etc.
Granted it will have limitations but it just seems like amazing value for us event videographers who would love to get nice DOF shots when required without having to lug a complicated 35mm adapter setup around. The film speed is amazing too. It allows for low light shooting where it's just impossible with my hvx200.
Please tell me what I'm missing about this. Is it too good to be true?
