Hi,
Im trying to convert a 24 fps footage into 30fps rate,
and it would be good to know how to do the oppsite action too.
Any help will be appreciated

To remove pulldown from 29.97 footage, you right click your footage and say "interpret," of hit CMD F on a Mac. Then click "guess 3:2." Sometimes you have to click the different cadences until it looks right (or look which frames are split and which are whole to find the pattern and then use the corresponding cadence).
To put it in, you'd do the opposite from the render queue. Under "Render Settings" choose field render, then click what pulldown cadence you want, and render away.
If you're taking it out to work, then putting it back in, pick the cadence you used in the interpret footage dialogue.
