Hi I'm supposed to make this map animation where I zoom in on the middle east and then Lebanon pops out and illuminates while the rest of the map fades away. What I need help on is the map's resolution—when i keep zooming in, it gets pixilated of course. What I wanted to do was zoom in on the map or a map as a guide and then paint over it (using the map as a guide) and be able to delete the guide pic after and paste the paint on a new composition or whatever. But when I paint over pictures, the paint is only as high a resolution as the picture...Is there anyway to paint in a higher resolution than the picture you're painting over?
Is there a better way to do this? Any advice is appreciated
Thanks,
Mac
