Configuring a Mac Pro for Red Editing

I am working on putting together a system for post-production with the Red camera's output. I am not really sure where to start in terms of specs for a mac pro, the amount of storage I might need, and how well Final Cut Studio will work with Red footage.

If money were no object, what would the users of this forum come up with for a sweet, apple based, Final Cut Studio Suite for editing Red.
