Sending to Color Problem...whats wrong?

Hey guys,

I know how to use FCP and COLOR, however, i'm having an issue actually sending anything from FCP to COLOR. When i'm in FCP and I go to, "send to color" all that happens is, COLOR opens up, and it says, "Importing Fincal cut pro XML". And then that stays on the screen and it loads and loads and never does anything. And ive waited for up to an hour , and nothing ever happens. I use a new Macpro, so it shouldnt be an issue with the computers capabilities....anyone know why its doing this, or what I can do to fix it???

Has the timeline you are trying to send been properly prepared for Color (agreeable codec, not speed adjusted clips, proper length, etc.,)? Have you tried just exporting an XML out of FCP and opening that up in Color?
