What is the maximum size SD a HVX can use if there is such a thing. I have a 128MB that works, but a new 1 GB I bought does not seem to work.

No maximum I'm aware of. I've been using a 1 GB card for some time.

When I try to load Metadata from a new 1GB sandisk card, i get an error message that states " Cannot Access!"
