Which one? XL1s or DSR-250P

Hey guys.

I have a Canon XM2, and im going to be doing a couple of professional documentrys with local councils or some community work.

I am looking at replacing my XM2, Although i like it. Its not the best picture quality ive come across.

Im looking for some footage from each of these cameras:

XL1s
DSR-250P


If anybody could post some links to some footage shot on these cameras. I can find a fair few on the XL1s, but yet to find anything on the DSR-250p
