Broadcasting on internet, HELP ME PLEASE

hello i have a HVX camcorder, transmitters and recievers, does anybody know how i can get av onto the internet, i have a dazzle video card thing with av inputs but have no idea how to get it on internet through Ustream, i can do it with firewire but not av. can anybody help?
