Yep also have the 207. Sweet pack with room for plenty of extra stuff. Pretty comfy too.

Got the 207, it holds all my audio gear, wireless kits, filters, cables, laptop etc. It's pretty sweet.

Thanks guys, man those look bulky though, how bout this? I wonder if the hvx would even fit in it... http://www.bagking.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=8100460&Category_Code=

Maybe bulky is the way to go..Thanks!

I have the PCBP-1 from petrol. I'ts got enough room for my HVX (with the side mic shock mount) 3 batteries, 2 p2 cards, an LCD on camera light, wireless lav, the HVX accesories, and my powerbook 15". I do carry my portable hard drive in its own small pelican case

And its still small enough that I've never had a problem bringing it as a carry on.

Petrol wont give me a direct link to the bag, but if you click under search and scroll down to the HVX200 you can see it. PCBP-1 (or just hit find on your browser and type the model number)

I bought an Airport Acceleration backpack from Think Tank Photo. I own 2 HVX-200s and both fit side by side in one pack.

It's a wonderful bag and well thought out, e.g., shoulder straps fold under flaps on back, it can be configured many ways and it's a great carry on.

I heard the zippers on these things blow big time.

yeah they do, i went through a ty1 and a ty2, and plus who wants to roll up to a shoot, open your bag and have "skate fairy" written all over the inside of the bag? the bag is cheaply made and very uncomfortable to wear. get the hb207 from kata, you won't be sorry.

I LOVE my lowepro backpack. Small enough to take on a plane but big enough to fit the HVX with accesories and my laptop. Also comes with rain gear and since it looks like a backpack you aren't screaming expensive camera inside. I wouldn't buy anything else. Had it for over 2 years and been everywhere with me and still works like a major champ. I've carried it over hill, dale and mountain.. Brilliant bag and at 180 bucks a real steal..

yeah, which one are you using? all the lowepros i researched were too shallow for the hvx. most all of their bags are less than 7", hvx sits at like 7 1/2". but i used lowepros with my dvx and loved them.
