Multiple Quoting- how to?

In creating posts--I understand how the quote function works for (1) quote. How do you incorporate multiple quotes from different people-- in a posting? is it just copying/pasting writing more stuff like below?

Yeah, you want to enclose their text between two quote tags, like this:


blah blah blah


(I spelled quote wrong so that it wouldn't turn it into actual quotes).
