Is there a way to combine all your individual clips on a p2 card into one big clip? I prefer to have as few video clips in my projects as possible. Similar to capturing a tape end to end.

Not without running them through an NLE and rendering them out as one clip. Or without an expensive bit of hardware like the P2 Mobile.
Everyone has their own preferences, but you may want to rethink your workflow from the bottom up.

Depending on which NLE you use, you could fake this. Just drop all the clips into one sequence, end to end, and then nest that sequence into another. It will act as one big clip at that point, and you can chunk it up as you see fit.
Personal Bias: This will work, but I don't think it makes any sense to do it. One of the virtues of the tapeless workflow is the abolition of the old-fashioned log-and-capture process. To each their own...
