I have an external hard drive that won't mount to my OSX. It shows up in the disk utility but i can't mount it, and where it says "Reveal in Finder," it's grayed in. Do I need installation software or something? I got this drive from someone else and there's no DVDs or instructions.
Any configurations or changes i need to make to my system?
The hard drive is a Western Digital My Book.
Disk Utility says its format is Windows NTFS. I have another NTFS drive that works fine.
Any suggestions?
