The Best Vegas 8.0 and DVD Architect training DVD'S

I'd like to learn as much about Vegas 8.0 and Architect 4.5 as I can.

I know there are some training DVD's out there. Which ones would you guys recommend the most?

I generally prefer to learn with DVD based products, too.

However, I've found sony's Digital Video and Audio Production workbook to be excellent! I thought I knew the basics of vegas, but after this I realized that I didn't.
