I belong to a Bay Area filmmaking co-op that is always looking for actors/actresses year-round for film competitions. The group is called Scary Cow Productions and open auditions are held every three months (last one was on 7/19). All of the auditions are taped and entered into a resource database that members can draw upon when looking for talent. There are over 200 in the database currently, including quite a few children of various ages.
Open auditions are usually advertised on Craigslist as well as any open spots for any of the current films. If you're/she is interested, you can get more information at: www.scarycow.com.
