Need some more info. Are you planning on shooting it or just keying it in?

If you are shooting it as a background, the first picture could be recreated with a 8x4 sheet of light wood & painted to match(or bigger depending on your needs).

The second pic can be recreated with cheap floor tile sprayed grey & glued to 8x4 plywood or foamcore to keep it lite.

Lighting could be 150 or a 300 fresnel light flaggged off to create shadow. Hit the subject with the 300 and the background with 300 or 650.

If you are just keying in the background to a previously shot screen, do it in after effects- new layer, solid(match color) , add texture & go from there. Fiddle with lighting effects to get the look you want.
