Hey All,
I've got several layers of composite images that I'd like to control as a group. Is there a way to make a video bus to send these to? Thanks for your help -

No. That would be a great addition to Vegas and we already have it for audio but unfortunately there is only one Video bus and that's the single master bus.

Though i dont know to what extent you want to control the group, but you may try locking the tracks together using parent and child association between the tracks. I think you wanna be able to shrink them all together or crop as a group etc ????

Doesn't title of the thread sound like it should be a riddle?
Anyway, I digress. :) Plainman007 is probably headed in the right direction for what you want to do.

Not exactly what I'm looking for. Here's the problem: I'm doing a cartoon with still images on layers. The guy's body has no arms, and I move the arms around on other layers in a very hack/kneed animie style. At the end of the sequence I have several layers that then fade out. If I fade all the layers together I start to see through the layers into the layers below as they fade. If I don't fade them together then I see the difference in the fade levels. If I could assign this to a bus it would solve my problem. Of course, I can always create a combined flattened image and replace the layered image before fading...but hey, a video bus would be a much better way to do this.

Put a black card over all of the layers and fade it in.
