You should be able to do it with the pan/crop tool.

I had a look at that, it seems like you just move it but I think it only stays in the place you left it at :)...but thanks for your help :)

Depends on what buttons you have checked or unchecked. At default, you should be able to zoom in/out and move the text with that tool. (One of the reasons it's called a "pan" tool. :) )

If you start your first keyframe with the graphic off-screen, and then set the last keyframe to have the graphic off the opposite side, the effect will be a move from outside the frame, through, and back out the other side.

Is that not what you want?

yeah that pan tool...is it where you just move it around but then it stays where you last clicked the text :)

I'm sure that's what you're looking for, but let us know if it doesn't give you the effect you want it to do.

Yes, like the real films, thanks I will try it, I just got the new clips together last night so had to stop and go to bed so will do it today :)...And if anyone could help me with rescuing my sound that would be great too :)...Ive only filmed total edited of 23minutes so should be ok...if you want I will upload that and you can hear the sound and let me know if my film is salvagable, I think it will be ok if I re-do with voiceovers, but I'm new to the sound aspect :)

I've just watched some youtube tutorials, amazing I've learnt 2 new things, the volume and the moving titles :)...now I feel like a pro :D... I didnt realise that with text you move from a-z in 1 step and the vegas asctually animates by itself...I was thinking I would need to move the text every frame like with those plastercine models :D
