flicker

Not sure if this should be in Vegas form or HVX form but long story short I was watching a clip on Vegas Pro 80A that I shot today on the HVX200A - P2 card 1080i 24pa and I was getting a flicker in the film. Not sure what you would really call it but the visual would suddenly flicker. Any ideas on what is going on?

Would have to see a clip. "Flicker" means different things to different people.
