Do you also feel the energy of Twilight fest?

Whoa, so in the last weeks I was studying for exams I had to write. Now that I finished them and Twilight fest kicked off I've got so much energy. I went from this static state of literally doing nothing to this rage of organizing things, building stuff, calling and visiting people and so on. And I can tell you one thing, IT FEELS GREAT! :2vrolijk_08:

Or am I alone?

You drinking Red Bull again!?? :D

Yah, it's always nice to start on a new project and get the creative juices flowing.

Cheers,

Mike

I feel it and it's a great feeling. Almost like a drug in some cases, especially when everything is going as planned. And even when things seem frakked up, well it's never as bad as it seems. Personally I've been shooting stuff every weekend for the past 3 weeks, and I'm riding the wave right now going from one to the next, and Twilight fest if aptly positioned for me to transition right into that next weekend.

It's true. I'm hooked on shooting.

My name is Rodney and I'm an addict.

I have noticed the script fest seems to have drifted into distant memory with the intense energy of this film fest.

Twilight Fest - 40 viewing, Script Fest - 1 viewing :(

Sure hope the Script Fest remains alive and well.

I've never been this busy in my life actually. I bs'd around with the last one. But this one I've been calling and hiring people like there is no tomorrow. :)

Gonna be a good one.

The script fest "Who's in" list looks quite healthy. I think there should be no problem. In those individual threads is just not so much to look at, so noone is viewing I guess.

That is true. In ScriptFest, what are you really going to discuss? There is only so much talk about the WGA that can go around. Here there is an infinite amount of conversations available. I think ScriptFest will have a fine turn out as I assume everyone is off working on it.

That being said, I too have put that on the back burner while I juggle with all the scripts I have going for this fest. Luckily I was able to get one written before this fest that if all else fails I will be able to submit.

individual threads on script fest would be really weird. Personally as a writer I;d prefer to confer about story to a writing partner or even a non-writer friend. Plus there's always the paranoia of someone stealing your idea, either directly or indirectly.... like Kevin Smith when he wrote Dogma and I still can;t figure out how he got onto my computer and stole the idea....
