Could someone tell me how to add the Poster to my thread?!!

I can't figure out how to add my poster to my movie thread. IT is driving me crazy. I added a pic to my signature. But can't get the big one on there. Please help.

Go advanced...

Hit the red Member Upload Center button.
Upload your pic.
Copy and paste the img link into your thread.

Hit Preview Post and you should see it appear.
