Web forum for graphic design of logs etc...? Help plz :D

Hey, i remember seeing a link posted here to a Forum that was specifically for people to post their bounties per se of a logo they wanted made and then they would put what they are willing to pay, and the graphic desingers on the forum would make the logos competing for the money that is up for grabs for making the logos and business cards etc.

i cant find the link, and was wondering if anyone could help me track it down.

no, it was an older post, maybe like a year and a half ago or more. im mainly just looking for the forums where people posted what they wanted, what they would pay, and a deadline and the mad crazy skilled graphic designers would go at it coming up with some really good stuff really quickly.
