Cheapest Panasonic MiniDV w/ Firewire

Does anyone know what is the cheapest Panasonic MiniDV Camcorder with Firewire or at least a USB for downloading my MiniDV tape footage to a PC?

Actuall it does not need to be Panasonic brand, just good, cheap, minidv, firewire or USB..

Any cheap minidv camera that have Firewire port.

I use a Panasonic (US$ 140) that acts as a "bridge" in order to capture analog inputs trouhg FW to a PC and to output analog signals to my analog monitor.

Brand or price does not a matter in Quality side of MiniDV tape you are transfering, since it is conditioned to the caracteristics of the original material.
