Does anyone have an estimate of how long will a BP-U60 Lithium-Ion Battery last after a full charged?

About four hours, leaving the camera on.

Not long enough!

For a day shooting a wedding I use two BP-U60's and one U30.

About four hours, leaving the camera on.

So that means if I'm shooting then it's much shorter than four hours, correct?

Two U60's and a U30 let me shoot 5 hours of footage, with a bit of life left in the U30. The camera is on all day, standby and shooting. Hope that helps.

I've gotten 4-1/2 hours out of a U60, but I don't leave the camera running in between shots, unless it's only a minute or three.

It would be great if they came up with a BP-U120 battery though.

It's good for about five hours. I don't turn the camera off the whole time. But I'm shooting sporadically.

My 4+ hours includes maybe an hour of shooting. I leave the camera on constantly. Anyway there's probably only negligible difference in consumption when "rolling" as opposed to standby. I guess the tally light uses some extra power (if you have it turned on).
