Why is that happening...??

it should not happen. , all footage in 1080 , even 24 and 30p the lines is out of their places...

and if i put de-interlae or flicker removal on FCP the definition goes down...

and my question is important because some months ago , i'd shot 1080-24p and it was nothing interlacing. , normal img , only strobing , but not interlacing lines...

why is that happenning now...?

You can't use 1080/24p with FCP, because FCP doesn't support that mode. You need to shoot with 24pA. No idea what the problem with your 30p footage is, except maybe you ingested using the wrong codec setting.
