FireStore DISKS...

Can FireStore Disks be used on any camera that has a firewire I/O?
I wonder if I can use it in a Sony HVR-A1U.

FireStore disks come in three varieties:
DV
HDV
DVCPRO-HD (FS-100)

If you want to use one with an A1U, you'd want a FireStore that supports HDV.
