I'm trying to figure out an export setting that will allow quicktime player to play its own format properly. Every other media I've tried plays the audio properly in sync except quicktime itself. Since I know some of you probably use quicktime, I'm trying to remedy that. My head hurts.

There is no rhyme or reason as to how they get approved ... just as we get to them for review (a small group of reviewers takes blocks of films).

So don't panic, just wait patiently and we'll try to get to all of them as quickly as possible.

No problem buddy- just go to the forum (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/forumdisplay.php?f=131) where we put the posts about individual movies. At the top of the page it says http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/images/buttons/newthread.gif click there and post some info about your film, cast, crew, poster and some screen grabs.

It's ok if you don't have as much experience as others that's what DVXuser is all about people improving upon there talents, no matter where they are. These fests are a great way to improve your skills and have fun.

Start a new thread by clicking on the Start New Topic button, top left.

Title of the thread should be the title of the movie you entered.

Here's an easy way to upload pictures and grabs: go to www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com). Sign up for free, and upload your pix. Then once it's uploaded, click on the "IMG CODE" space, below the recently uploaded pic. It will copy it automatically.
Then, return to your open thread, that you have just created, and paste it there.
Write the info of the picture below it, and there you have it.

Don't forget info about your movie, i.e., camera used, cast, crew, nle, etc.

Other film makers will begin to respond to your thread that way. You'll get feedback that will help you see some mistakes (and we all make 'em) to help you improve. Win- win situation.
