I'm sticking it here. What do we all want for Christmas? Keep it realistic (no islands, no world peace, no lottery winning). I was just curious what it is that everyone wants and why? Film related of course.

I just broke the bank today buying almost everything I've ever wanted as far as gear goes... so this will take some thought.

I'll keep it simple - a wide angle lens attachment for my DVX.

Santa can't wait to bring me a new tripod, and Barry's book. Anything else is gravy. But as long as we are talking about it, there are a number of DVD's I'm craving:
All the Dirty Harry films (Maybe minus the Dead Pool)
The Star Wars DVDs
Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter (Try finding THAT at Wal Mart.)
Fargo Special Edition
All the Bogie/Bacall flicks

What did you get with your bank-breaking, TC?
Once it all comes in, I'm going to take glamour pics and post them for all to see. For a taste, the tripod as you mentioned. A full Arri fresnel set, topped off with some Lowels, Sony production monitor, AT4073 and add that on top of the Chrosziel follow focus and mattebox I bought last week.

I actually got a loan from my parents so I can shoot a short at the begining of January. $6000 to be payed off over the course of 3 years, sweet deal! Though it's going to be nothing but Top Ramen for me.

My dad told me that if I don't get an Oscar someday he will be sorely disappointed.
