hey guys

ive been using adobe permiere 7.0 for some time now and i just recently bought the JVC GZ-HD7U hard disk camcorder and am looking for a new editing software thats similar to adobe but updated for newer tech. my adobe wont take my converted video from my jvc but windows moviemaker will.http://www.therpf.com/images/smilies/ohwell.gif .....so i take it its adobe thats the problem...

does anyone have any advice on editing software

I'm a big fan of Sony Vegas, personally. It's an intuitive workflow, it's pretty powerful, and it's cheaper than most of the other stuff out there. A lot of it just depends on what you like. Download some free trials of different editors, and see what works for you.

Used Sony Vegas once or twice..was quite impressed by the ease of using it .Should give it a go..
