Hi,

I've been researching a digital camera for my girlfriend and I was very enthusiastic with the DMC-TZ5 on paper (28-280mm is awesome!), but once I've started looking into pictures taken with this camera I was very disapointed. I could not find a single image without noise on it even on plain day light. Can anyone advise on an alternative?

- 28-280mm type of focal distance
- LCD focusing
- Good in low light (if possible, but not a crucial point)
- Portable

I was checking out the Lumix DMC-FX35 and even though there's some amazing pictures on flickr, if you open the photos at 3648 x 2736 you will see all the noise and blur I'm talking about (http://flickr.com/groups/fx35/pool/). It's a real shame because having a 25mm on a such a little camera is simply amazing. Or even a 28-280mm. There's gotta be another solution without the noise/blur issue.
