Recently I looked at my photos shot with my Pentax K100 Super a little closer only to notice two consistent spots of all my pictures where a few pixels are the wrong color consistently. I'm using the Pentax K100D Super and the kit 18-55 lens. The body and lens are still under warranty, should I send it in? Is this like with monitors where I have "dead pixels"? Is there any way I can fix this besides sending it in for repair? Here are three pictures with the issue (cropped down) :

As far as I know, this is nothing like a monitor. If it is still under warranty then I would send it in ASAP.

I think you'll have to send it in for service. Olympus is the only DSLR brand that I know of which has a user-accessible feature for detecting and mapping out dead and stuck pixels. I don't understand why the other manufacturers don't provide this incredibly useful and money-saving feature.
I'm sure your camera is fine. It just needs to be cleaned. I had the same probleme once with purple dots.

I tried the camera's built-in dust removal function. Still the exact same problem. I will try cleaning the CCD.

I'm not saying Mig is wrong, but I've never seen a dirty sensor do that. A dirty sensor makes a picture look like this....

not this...

A dirt sensor can't cause stuck pixels because the dust never touches the sensor itself. The photo sites are behind Bayer and anti-aliasing filters, and usually a protective IR filter as well.

This is what my photos looked when my camera was dirty. I thought at first I had dead pixels. I went to the store and they told me to try clean it before send it back and they were right. I went to a nice place around here to do it and that was it. No more "pixel problems".
salils may have real dead pixels. But maybe he could try cleaning the sensor before sending the whole thing back.
